“The courses are not without issues but overall I've learned things I didn't know. The quizzes are good for testing knowledge, but there were quite a few instances where I had problems with the system erasing or changing my answers leading to inaccurate assessments and spending time to redo the quizzes to figure out the actual issue and email your team. The sound qualities of videos are fine 60% of the time, with either overly soft or loud speeches.”

“I had an excellent experience completing the TEFL course. Teaching materials are clear and engaging. The methods taught are pragmatic and fun. My tutor was very helpful and dynamic; the speed of feedback helped to motivate me and clarity meant a second attempt, if required, was successful.”

“I found the content to be of an excellent standard. The lesson structures were clesrly outlined and easy to follow. “First-class experience throughout. Classroom lessons were delivered very well, full of relevant and engaging material. Online coursework was structured well, packed full of information and has equipped me well with the skills needed in becoming an effective and confident ESL teacher. Feedback on where to improve on course assignments was consistently quick and identified areas needed for improvement very clearly and effectively. Most impressive and highly recommended.”

“Keep being misinformed by the staff on the phone about the course content. I feel bad for them working for company that is short-staffed and poorly trains them to answer customer questions”

“A great course to begin the journey of TEFL. The information was well laid out and organized. It is easy to follow and understand. It is mostly engaging and interesting. Some parts of the course could be better taught and explained and ordered, but overall as a whole, it was exactly what I needed to begin the journey of being a successful teacher.”

“I found the 120 Hour Course through The TEFL Org to be overall an enjoyable experience. The video classes with fellow inspiring TEFL teachers were my favorite aspects of the course. “Overall, I was very happy with the course. I learned a lot, and am ready to take on students now! Some of the things I noticed were that some information wasn't introduced until after you wrote a quiz, therefore it was difficult to know the answers. Also, the phoneme chart provided in the lessons is missing some of the phonemes, one of which you are quizzed on! Most of the assignments were very straightforward and were relatively easy, but the major assignments were more challenging. I feel much more prepared in my role of Education Assistant and working with my English Language Learners.”

“Very good coursework available. I enjoyed studying with TEFL Org however I find the website to be difficult to manage. It was a really thorough course and very manageable for self study. More check in/interactions from tutors would have been nice.”

“Great course! The 120-hour combined course is broken up into 4 parts you complete at your own pace and a live zoom class where you present lessons and receive feedback from peers & instructor. You’re taught grammar rules and teaching methodology. I feel prepared to teach English abroad!”

“The TEFL course offers the knowledge and experience required to teach abroad.I would highly recommend it to any individual.It is well structured,well explained and well thought out.It covers all the elements for teaching abroad.They also include lots of ideas and demonstrations,fun activities. This course builds up confidence through knowledge.There are plenty of real-life videos from variaty of experience teachers.It was an excellent experience and would highly recommend it.”

“My experience was one of having been supported extremely well during the time I was with TEFL Org. Out of necessity, I was blessed with two tutors with the first one having to move on to a special project. In addition to the tutors, the support staff was amazing right off the top. They were either available to answer the phone or email immediately or responded soon after. And I communicated with the company by email and telephone. And they responded either within an hour or 2-3 hours.”
