“I have recently acquired a diploma of 200-hour TEFL, certificates of Teaching Business English, Exam Preparation, Teaching YL and TEAP. The courses target the language and methodology which should be explicitly taught to the target language group and each age group is described above my expectations. I have managed to pass as many courses as are available due to their comprehension and structure, which are made thoughtfully and efficiently prepared to use in real-life situations. A big ‘Thank you’ to the people who have prepared such a throughout syllabus which bases the curriculum and teaching resources to the learner’s needs! Your units are well-executed with terms and rules, theory which is applicable and have answers for everything that comes to mind when preparing for the assignments!”

“I really enjoyed my TEFL experience. One of the things I loved most was the flexibility of the system - I could study whenever I wanted, without being restricted to fixed class times every week. I also appreciate that I could work at my own pace and finish the course whenever it suited me, especially with the generous deadline to April 2026. The course itself was well designed and very comprehensive. It covered everything I needed to learn about teaching English and included a wide variety of topics and skills. Honestly, I wish all university systems were designed the same way - flexible, self paced, and truly focused on helping students succeed.”

“I never thought that i could become an english tutor/teacher as my first language is italian, but I have lived in London for 9 years, so i have got some knowledge and experience. I was reluctant into doing the course and complete it because i had no idea of the modules and what to expect next. Well i can tell it has been one of my life decisions so far, as i'm teaching online to over 30 students (with over 1000 lessons done in less than a year) and i'm able to do it while travelling or from the confort of my home! Recently I have also attend a 3 days course in person in London with Asif, to improve & gain more skills about teaching, which I have applied straigh away. I highly recommend to start & try out TEFL.ORG courses because they have a fantastic system and support available to guide you during the process (videos, blogs, live support, live training). I should have done it before, thanks a million! Appreciate you guys and all you do for the industry.”

“The tefl.org "120-hour Premier Online TEFL course" course gives a good introduction into TEFL. It uses a lot of well-made class videos that help a lot in knowing how to be a teacher. The course contains a lot of easy-to-do quizzes that help in reviewing the material. For each part of the course one or two lesson plans need to be made, which is a little bit more challenging, but a very good exercise.”

“All the five modules that I took were very interesting, enlightening and enjoyable to study. The Grammar module was especially my favorite as it was a very good review of past learnings that I have already taken for granted. Though the Methodology module was oftentimes difficult (for someone like me without a teaching background), it was comprehensive and detailed such that I felt confident to teach English upon its completion. Making lesson plans was quiet a challenge but the examples and clear instructions made it an easier task. I just felt sad that I couldn’t download the videos on classroom lessons. Also, the transcript of the videos on classroom lessons may be improved to show accurate and sequential dialogues of the actors. Overall, this has been a great journey towards my dream of becoming a good English teacher.”

“I embarked on this journey not being 100% sure if this was the right thing for me. It has been many years since I was a student. In the end I think that this type of course suited me perfectly. I found the course work very useful and especially the classroom videos. However to keep up in the beginning, I purchased the DK English for Everyone (English Grammar Guide) book and this was vital to keep in pace with the TL. I also think this book will be a great teaching aid in the future. Some of the quizzes that were not just True and False (Some had 10 options) were in my opinion far better as they made you think deeply and do research. I did struggle with the word limit on some of the written assignments, however I would write my lessons in full in Microsoft Word, and then precis them. I have now signed up for the Advanced Business English course as this is the area in which I want to work as I retire from my 35 years in business”

“I really enjoyed the 200-hour TEFL course. The modules were very comprehensive, easy to follow and packed with knowledge. I loved all the videos, they were easy to follow and a good example of how a class should be. I also enjoyed the quizzes to test my comprehension of the units.
