“Fantastic product , I took it round to an elderly couple in their 90s today and fitted it, magical look on their faces when I showed them how to use it. They were delighted with the upgrade. The old phone was about thirty years old and had been giving them some problems, Many thanks to you for this.”

“I bought a GPS tracker watch for my mum who has dementia. The watch enabled my mum to continue to go out walking daily and retain some independence. We had peace of mind of being able to see where she was going and if she was not back in time. The watch itself is robust and looks like a nice watch. We didn’t use the call button on it as mum would forget about it but it’s a good function for someone who can use it.”

“TechSilver to the rescue. They have terrific items. I got the talking clock for my aging, macular degeneration and memory loosing mom. It helps her to know time of day, day of the week and date and believe it or not, it is so big that she can see it. It helps with her loosing place and time in her mind and that helps to keep her on point. it gives her time to take pills reminders and appointments etc. It is almost like a friend that she can hear and cont on... “Grandpad has brought my mother into the 21st-century and helped her with managing her self isolation during the coronavirus pandemic. At 86 years of age she has never dealt with broadband or Wi-Fi and has a mobile phone that came out of the ark with no Bluetooth or Wi-Fi capability. My mother is now video calling her grandchildren in London northern England Zimbabwe and Canada listening to a broad selection of music and playing electronic games already installed on the GrandPad. The customer service and technical support has been fabulous supporting my mother on various occasions when I as the account administrator am unable to help due to my lack of familiarity with the hardware and software. I’d like to thank the techsilver team for their support prior to during and post purchase of the product they have been great and they’ve got the patience of a saint to talk my mother through minor technical issues. I’d highly recommend this product for any one especially the elderly who have never had any experience of broadband Wi-Fi Internet video conferencing it is been a great purchase. Thank you P”
