“Couldn't get it to work. Didn't alert us when tag went out of Geofence. Very disappointed”

“Not impressed so far have set to hourly update and still needs charging daily and that's without any calls made. Today received SOS call, tracker saying mum at home whereas I know for a fact she is 50 miles away staying with my sister for the weekend. If this was a real emergency I would be going to the wrong location!”

“We bought our tracker and a month later the charging port became damaged through no fail of ours. A replacement was sent which was great. However, four months later the same thing happened again. Tech silver’s response was to upgrade to another device for £177 pound with a £16 discount! They would not send a replacement or refund, despite paying the monthly subscription too. The monthly payment is for nothing. The device works independently of them. If the device is working you never need to contact them, so you get nothing for it. I would tell everyone to avoid this company. The device itself is great but it and the company, cannot be relied on.”

“Bought the keyring for the mother in law who has dementia. Product was good the battery does not last. Despite what the CEO/founder said the app is the weakness for the product. Location is not accurate and is not precise enough. It does not refresh quick enough you have to come out of app and go back in. Good idea in theory but not in practice. Very disappointed.”
