I’m not sure what to put. As the service was Great. Giving information was great. But when I ordered this remote control, I chose this one because it didn’t have the word Flipper on the front so I was shocked when it arrived with it plastered on the front I could have got this for a lot less money. So very disappointed at this.

The player itself looks really good and the preloaded music sounds great but it only takes MP3 files and they are quite hard to get hold of. Neither Audible nor iTunes have files that can be used. We could only find one source where we could buy any content and very little choice. We were intending on down loading short stories for my blind mother with dementia to listen to. The man in technical support at TechSilver was very nice but totally unhelpful. He had no suggestions on where to buy any nor made any effort to look into it and call me back. I called twice for help but apart from saying that he thought iTunes files could be converted but he didn’t know how, he really was neither technical nor supportive. 😂 sorry - nice product but the formatting is not ideal.

My only issue is the alert sound is not loud enough so if your relative goes out at night when you are asleep it would not wake you so you would not be aware they had gone out till you woke up in the morning

I moved from another tracker as they went bust so had prior knowledge of what to expect. I took the tracker for a walk but it was 2 days before it caught up. Then a week or so later the tracker got stuck geographically and I panicked it bit but it again sorted itself out a day later. I am hoping it doesn’t do this regularly.

Great technology but despite what you guys claim, I am having to charge the battery, for my mum who has Alzheimer, every day as it is just not holding a decent charge and I am not happy about that so would appreciate your thoughts and feedback

Not being a "techie" not quite as simple to get my head around initially but getting to it! Has been used successfully once when my better half went on a wander and was able to find her quite rapidly so hopefully it will prove invaluable in the future. All staff I have been speaking to have been exceptionly helpful.

Product arrived as promised. The keyboard has English layout but seems to insist it’s American and the @ symbol is where I have to use shirt abs 2 …haven’t found all the symbols yet. TechSilver support have been really helpful with the issue which seems to be because I’m using it with an iPad. Unfortunately the problem cannot be solved at the moment! But they are still working in it The keyboard itself is great connected easily abs the keys are very clear

Purchased the GPS tracker key fob for a relative. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up. The only issue is the accuracy of the location - the app insists that the key fob is in the neighbours garden and it shows movement when it hasn’t been touched. This is a bit of a concern since I don’t know what is a real movement and what isn’t. The accuracy is 40m and I didn’t notice that when I purchased it. Not as good as I was hoping, but ok if you just want to know roughly where it is.

I find the charging difficult. The wire is very fiddly! If the person with dementia has it, someone needs to go to their house to charge it. No flashing or anything g to say battery is low.

The tracker's Suze, look and fast charge is great...and I love how I can remotely monitor the battery level. We've used another tracker in the past and I must say I preferred how it traced the route on the map rather than just pinpoint it every few minutes. I love how I can call via the tracker without using up its SOS minutes, although we have had issues with it failing to connect. Overall despite it and its monthly subscription costing more than our last tracker we're generally happy with it although it would be great if you used a better mapping platform anx included the route tracing.

We spoke today about what I see as a fundamental flaw by GP in sending out unrequested e mails and other contacts to vulnerable users witho. Your service was excellent.

The instructions around the GPS/wifi/LBS settings are not clear and the accuracy of the location is variable. Jacob in customer services was great at helping to sort out the problem.

It would be nice to have the pairing code for a Manhattan that I requested instead of a request for a review. Then I could see whether the product works as advertised.

Tracker slept during first outing. Pressing sos woke it up. Two things annoying : no button to turn on or off, and no two way communication . Getting used to finding location with two commands. Battery barely lasts a day even on power saving. Expensive for what it offers, and we haven’t bought data yet. Plus was , it was easy to set up. This is our third tracker so I know what is needed. Other trackers gps give up after about three years. This may be better. Prompt Delivery.

The Bluetooth Large Key Keyboard is great BUT why on earth does a keyboard designed for the visually impaired have a tiny, minute, white, on/off switch buried in a white recess on the rear? This serious design flaw really detracts from the overall useability of the keyboard, it will now not be switched off until the batteries die and I'm not sure how long this will be. I can manage to change batteries I think but finding the off switch and establishing whether the device is on or off is beyond me!
