"Miles was great when I had various questions before I purchased, being patient and helpful. I had an issue linking the app to the watch and Miles and Eimear in the service team were faultless in their level of customer service and patience dealing with the issue. Cant recommend them highly enough."

"My husband went ‘walkabout’ unknown to me and got completely lost. He took a route he’d never been on before and I would never have looked there for him. Thanks to the GPS watch I was able to track him and found him- 8 miles from home! If he had not been wearing the tracker watch, I would have had to get the Police to search for him. Thank you so much!!!"

"The delivery was very good but the top of the screen protector would not stick to my Doro 825 hence one large bubble. TechSilver rang me straight away and have sent me a replacement, that's what I call service."

"I was looking to buy a 6 sensor Canary Care Monitoring system. Searching on-line suggested that TechSilver provided the lowest price option. I chatted on-line with Miles to confirm that the product met my requirements and then subsequently I spoke with Miles on the phone to confirm a couple of questions. I ordered the product and it was delivered in the time expected. System was simplicity itself to install at my Mother's house and has been working flawlessly since installed several weeks ago. I can totally recommend the Canary system and the support provided by Canary themselves. Great pricing and service from TechSilver. Many thanks"

We only ever send out brand new products, so any damage must have either ben caused in transit or a manufacturing defect. We'll be sending you a brand new one.
