“My mother has dementia and I saw this device on the Alzheimers UK website which recommended it. I had a couple of questions which i submitted via the website on a Sunday afternoon.They were answered within a couple of hours, great customer service. I then ordered the tracker the same evening, the order process is easy to follow and the updates received explain the process very well. The order was confirmed and dispatched on the Monday and i received it on the Tuesday. The video sent in a email to show how to set the device up is clear,easy to follow and very professional. The device is now in use with my mother so the family can see where she is at all times of the day to ensure her safety if she goes on a walkabout. All in all this is a good product,the order process is smooth and the customer service/backup is great (other companies could learn a lot from TechSilver). I highly recommend this product.”

“I think the Doro Secure 580 will be a real lifeline for my Mum, enabling her to go out for short walks on her own. I found the information on the website really helpful, and feel that we got exactly what we thought we were getting! I couldn't believe there was such an excellent product available. There were some other really interesting products on the TechSilver website too. I did find it a little tricky at first to get the phone set up (using the Doro Experience site) and wonder if some short video tutorials would help? When you start out, you just aren't sure what some of the functions are. The manual is fine, but makes a lot more sense once you have completed the set up process and tried it out a bit!”

“This is the second member of our family we have purchased a Gandpad for. In comparison to other systems claiming to be simple and easy to use, this one appears to be the best, simplest, and the most value for money. Not only that, the after sales service has been unbelievable amazing, this is such a refreshing change, to the usual shambles of many other companies after sales service. The GrandPad team actually make you feel like they care, and want to be involved in a brilliant product. My parents have been pretty non techno throughout, but since having this GrandPad they think it’s amazing, and simplicity has been the name of the game. We are totally happy with this product, and as we have purchased two for separate family members, I would have no reason not to highly recommend this product. Just brilliant.”
