I ordered the Doro 8040 phone for my husband, previously he had a very basic Doro phone. Now he uses it all the time, particularly good during these difficult times. The service provided by TechSilver was excellent. Thank you Miles and your team

Very easy & efficient service provider. I used them because they are the purveyor of GrandPad to the UK. They were quick to organise delivery and e-mails were clear about the individual info for set up required. I also appreciated the call from the helpdesk after I'd received it to enquire whether I needed any help using it. Very impressed.

Fantastic customer service. Our Grandpad was rec'd very quickly in this current climate. Contact and communication all the way through from the cust sev team. The app is easy to use for everyone and the pad itself is a great way for the older generation to be able to see family members. Highly recommend.

Well, we are still in the early days but the setup has been easy and Mum has got used to using ther Grandpad from day 1. The app works well although getting all of the family connected has taken a bit of support which has been rapid, easy and really helpful. Great service

I purchased the GrandPad last week for my Grandma in the UK (we live in Australia) and have been nothing but impressed with the service that I received from TechSilver. They answered all of my questions and reassured me whilst making the purchase and the GrandPad has honestly been nothing short of a miracle. When I received the tracking update from UPS that it had been delivered I called my Grandma to unbox it together so she wasnt worried about it - and within 5 minutes she was calling me and I could see her for the first time in years!!! My Grandma has never been into technology, has always refused to learn or take part in any video calls on other devices over the years, so this was a risk getting it for her! But shes now had the device for 4 days and shes learnt how to take pictures, play bingo and do wordsearches! Shes also called the tech support line for GrandPad several times and has said how lovely everyone has been with her and shes been able to troubleshoot herself! I cant thank you enough - shes over the moon and so are we. This has given us the chance to see her every day now. Even she has said she has a reason to get up every morning now. Thank you!!!

Very reliable and quick service. Product choice is impressive. I bought the Grandpad and it arrived in Dublin from the UK within two days during this Covid 19 crisis. The Grandpad is an excellent product for my 86 year old dad.

First class device, and first class service and assistance from both TechSilver and Grandpad. The Grandpad device itself works well, is very well thought out, is easy to set up, and is very simple to use. All phone calls I made during purchase and setup were answered immediately by real people who were well informed and thus able to answer almost all my questions straightaway. For the few they couldn't they immediately undertook to find out the answers and got back to me without delay. What a contrast to the automated answering machines, annoying music, half-baked answers, fluff and flannel, and unsolicited sales pressure that most companies provide! Outstanding service from TechSilver and a fabulous product (the GrandPad) which has transformed my mother's life. She is 82 and suffers from vascular demnentia. We can see and chat with her (and she us) anytime now, and that sense of isolation she felt (particularly in these COVID-19 times) has been minimised.

Very pleased with the new key board - I can now type without glasses. Pity I cannot read the monitor without them. One small point, I frequently have to break off work and I do miss the sleep button. Brian

Excellent customer service. Rang quite a few times to enquire about a GrandPad and they were always helpful. The GrandPad is brilliant and perfect for a 90 yr old self isolating. She literally took it out of the box and it’s all set up and connected to 4g and she’s now video calling us and others every day. A great product and an excellent company.
