“I purchased a Doro mobile phone which is the model designed for easy use by persons with dementia or the non tech savvy. It was delivered on time and I had the option to track my order. I would certainly purchase from this company again. I did find the set up instructions hard to follow as somehow I bypassed the quick start , which once that was found was a breeze. Mum is very happy with her new mobile and knows that she can call me for help by just pressing one button on the phone”

“Excellent service and product (grandpad). The instant online and phone help is invaluable. Not a tech word at all in any explanation! Everyone we have spoken to is so knowledgeable about the grandpad and understanding of the different needs of an elderly person. Purchased for an elderly aunt ( a few days ago) who is now easily in touch with all close family members. Photos are particularly well used. We learn more every day!”

“This keyboard is extremely good for me. I chose the Black print on yellow keys because that jumped out at me from the pictures on the net. I could actually read all the letters/numbers in the picture whilst the same with White on black were nearly all decipherable. It will take a while to get used to the keys being further away from each other, but hope that will happen before my sight fails to the point where I can't see at all.”

“I bought Grandpad for my parents, who are in their mid 80's. They love it. They went from treating the package that was delivered (very quickly) like an un-exploded bomb to diving into video, music and games in a day. The design of the Grandpad is extremely well thought out. It is simple and intuitive. The ability for me to manage the device for them makes this product exceptional. I also appreciate that Grandpad are not using the system as a platform to deliver advertising. You pay for the system, you get good service and you don't get used as a pawn in some marketing scheme. I applaud they have stuck with that. I would add a few more features, like the ability to edit and delete comments on photos once posted. Occasionally the app doesn't pickup notifications. However, these are minor improvements that I'm sure will be made. If you are thinking of getting this for your parents, don't ask them just get it. I don't think you'll be disappointed.”
