“We are so happy with the service provided and the actual product we recieved. The fall alarm has bought peace of mind to not only the owner, but family also. The only slight, very slight, criticism would be, that once a fall alarm is recieved by phone, it would be great if the number to be dialled was also on the pre-recorded message, so that nobody "forgets" how to get through to the loud speaker.”

“I selected the GrandPad for my 94 year old father who is locked down in Wales and we are is Sussex. We tried a mobile phone some years ago but he never got the hang of it. He has had the GrandPad for 5 days and has made outgoing video calls to me and my cousin. It is early days but he is delighted and is feeling confident with it and is trying to use Crossword. The support from the Irish call centre has excellent. Thank you so much.”

“I am elderly and just been given a smartphone. - A lot to learn. I found difficulty swiping and dragging etc. with arthritic fingers. Someone suggested a stylus and you had one specificly for the Doro phone. It is very good = makes it easier! Thank yo.”

“Delivery was prompt, just took a day from purchase to delivery. Brought a GPS tracker for my dad who like to go for daily walks so we know where is. He has memory issue. The description and the you tube video for the product was good enough for us to buy this and it does what it was says 'on the packet'. Customer service was exemplary with all my questions answered. If a bit more information about the app used and data purchase was on the website, I probably would not have need to contact them with all my questions. It is a great device. Very happy!”

“Very fast delivery and pleased with the service. My father has Parkinson’s and is delighted with the larger keyboard, he’s just looking to find out where the shortcuts are to things like graves as he does a lot of correspondence in French, and there is no number pad on this keyboard.”

“Absolutely stunned at how good this little machine performs. Bought for an 89 year old self-confessed technophobe, who has never used a computer/tablet/smartphone and is definitely not a "button pusher". After just 24 hours he is now video calling all his family, checking the local weather, and absolutely loving every second of using his new "toy". This is a Godsend in these difficult times and will transform his life during the Covid restrictions. Fabulous!”
