“This keyboard is big but it looks good and fits its pull-out shelf. The absence of a number pad, which I don't miss at all, means the keys can be big, clear and easy to use. I bought a smaller version of a yellow on black keyboard some time ago, not from this supplier, and the black key markings began to fade after just a few months, so I'll wait and see how this one goes.”

“We recently purchased this tracker for a family member living independently with Dementia. It is very easy to set up and simple to use. Miles' instructions were suberb and easy to follow. It gives us all peace of mind when the family member goes out and we are notified when they return home safely with the geofence. Fantastic product which enables independent living for longer.”

Hi Debbie, We keep in mind that not everyone is tech-savvy, so we make the instructions as simple as possible with no jargon, so it's great to hear that the instructions were a breeze (we spent a lot of time making them!). If you have any questions then please let us know.

“The Silver Necklace is good and strong and the pendant works a treat. The only issue I had was that the silver link connecting the Pendant to the Necklace is weak and caused the pendant to fall off. I was able to find the pendant using the app - luckily it fell off beside where the car was parked. Besides that, my mother loves wearing the pendant and the app is really useful also.”

“The service is amazing everyone's so friendly and very helpful. We ordered a new keyboard and mouse on Friday and was delivered on Monday morning. The keyboard I ordered is amazing it's so lovely to touch type with and even has a light you can attach to the keyboard. I would defiantly recommend TechSilver to other people. “The large keyboard is very good, all the keys are sufficiently large to reduce near misses and they depress with a satisfying "click"; a positive experience but NB- the five stars apply to the keyboard only! I had ordered an accompanying wireless mouse and that refused to work at all - something to steer clear of! A more useful option would have been a separate number pad, probably essential if one is entering a lot of figures.”

“Fabulous piece of kit which is easily programmable and does the job to simplify controls for those who are cognitively challenged. To make this a 5 star, it would be good to have the scroll arrows for the channels and volume to be positioned vertically rather than horizontally. Most people are used to using the up/down arrows to scroll, so for these to be suddenly left/right makes it more confusing for the user.”

“Having just bought a nice brightly yellow coloured large lettered key board it is something that we needed but we could all do with a back lit key board and the Num Lock, Caps lock and Scroll lights are extremely hard to see through a sheer pin hole. Other than that all is fine.”

“We bought our tracker and a month later the charging port became damaged through no fail of ours. A replacement was sent which was great. However, four months later the same thing happened again. Tech silver’s response was to upgrade to another device for £177 pound with a £16 discount! They would not send a replacement or refund, despite paying the monthly subscription too. The monthly payment is for nothing. The device works independently of them. If the device is working you never need to contact them, so you get nothing for it. I would tell everyone to avoid this company. The device itself is great but it and the company, cannot be relied on.”
