Has been used successfully once when my better half went on a wander and was able to find her quite rapidly so hopefully it will prove invaluable in the future. “I bought a large print keyboard for my mum who has macular degeneration. Unfortunately the keyboard combination just did not work for her eyesight and she preferred the original. A few days later I returned the goods in immaculate full working condition with a cover letter, contact details, all original packaging via Royal Mail requesting a refund. I am still waiting to be contacted after 3 months and have not received a refund. I cannot believe their ratings are so high based on my experience.”

“We bought a Tech Silver pendant tracker for my Dad when he got Alzheimers. We had a major problem with him wandering and couldn't always find him so it was a major stress and worry for all the family. Luckily we all live in same village so there was always someone who could go and look for him, but after a major situation involving big Police search it was time to try and solve the problem of finding him (as we could not stop him going out). I discovered Tech Silver devices after Googling trackers for the elderly and found the pendant tracker to be perfect for the job looking at the write up. So we invested in this and despite a bit of teething problems getting going it became invaluable in locating my dad on his wanders. Its not infallible however, it can lose signal in some areas and it is always slightly behind the actual location of the person, but if the person has no smart phone (for obvious reasons) which have tracking features this is a good choice. The back up support with the device was excellent I have to say, right from the off when we were getting used to using it our questions were answered quickly and concisely. I know they do many more devices now so more choices andI would recommend them for similar circumstances. Can also be used for luggage on holiday in case it goes astray! Mr Beardsley”

We are glad once everything got going the tracker was helpful and meant that your Dad could stay safe. Knowing we can help in such situations is why we do what we do. Something to note is that the vast majority of GPS Trackers will use mobile signal to transfer the data of GPS tracking meaning that similarly to mobile phones, they will have signal drops in black spots. As well the trackers update at most every minute which explains why they'd always be a little bit behind. If this were any more frequent unfortunately the battery life on the trackers could only be a few hours. Thanks once again for the review. We hope you have a great week :)

“Silver chains are good but the rings supplied to connect to the tracker are very weak and poor quality. I’ve purchased my own from a jeweller with are much stronger.”

“Instructions to set up the device are very clear and once the App was loaded, it was easy to set up the tracker as we require. It has been seen to show excursions outside the set geofences so we are confident this has been a good addition to the tools we use to look after our mother.”

“I bought the Large Print Keyboard for Mac about 6 weeks ago and so far it is brilliant. It is very easy to see the keys, even in low light, and so far I haven't needed to use the accompanying keyboard light - but still glad to have it. I called customer services to make the purchase and the staff were extremely helpful. They also respond promptly to e-mail queries. Overall I feel very supported and got great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending TechSilver to anyone.”

“Large Button Talking Clock. Purchased this device for use during the night to avoid the inconvenience of having to put on spectacles to see a bedside digital clock. It is the perfect solution, so much so that I have even got rid of the digital clock, the bright numbers on which can be a bit distracting in the dark. Very easy to set up and use. and the batteries are said to last about one year which is great.”
