I have only bought a GrandPad from Techsilver but I was impressed by their website's "walk-through" video, informed web chat and prompt delivery. It's a brilliant concept and a great product. It can't do as much as a PC, tablet or smartphone, but that's kind of the point. It's SO much simpler! I'd give 5 stars if it was tweaked to better suit the UK market. My 88-year-old step mum doesn't want the confusion of word puzzles using American spelling, or US-focussed articles.

The GrandPad aims to be as simple as possible for those who may not have ever delved into technology and connectivity like that involved in computers and tablets, whilst still giving them similar functionality and security and it's great to know that this helping your step mum stay connected. Finally, thank you for your feedback regarding the tweaks that could be made to improve the device, we've passed these onto GrandPad already and I hope that we can find something more suitable. Seems to work OK. Gives you a rough idea where the person may be not an exact spot though.

Very clear labelled keyboard, and ideal for my small hands. Compact and stable. Satisfied so far. However, I will be interested to see if the letters wear off over time, which is the only reason I replaced my previous keyboard.

Firstly Miles did a very good job explaining how it all works as I'm not very tech savy to say the least. Our aging mother likes to go on her walks but unfortunately was getting lost and police and public were bringing her home, now when she goes off course we're able to locate her straight away. Thank you

I bought this talking clock for my 90 year old mum as she is almost blind. She absolutely loves it. Just wish the volume could be turned up as she's a bit deaf too.

Well packed, easy to use because of large keyboard. But one glaring fault the user instructions are so small we had to use a normal sighted person with magnifying glass to read and set up.

Being visually handicapped I had to place my order for a large type keyboard by telephone as the internet form wasn't designed for dim-sighted people. Help received by telephone was very good. The order just arrived, and is correct, the item ordered.

Bought 'Key safe for elderly. Police approved.' but with no understanding of what that means to justify a higher price. The small size of print on Installation Instructions is not helpful for the elderly. Nor did I understand that the cover for the box was black. Hoped it would be grey as our walls are granite. Not yet installed but hopeful of having a very useful facility.

Bought key ring tracker for my mother - she’s 83 but didn’t want a pendant that made her “look like an old lady”. She’s happy with the style of the pendant (bought with silver chain) but is struggling a bit with the incoming volume which is non-adjustable and a big quiet for her. EE signal was also too weak (due to parents geolocation) but TechSilver very helpful/responsive and sent out alternative carrier SIM card which works much better. We’re all feeling so much more secure in the knowledge that she can contact us if she has another fall.

Hi Miles, My purchase from your company of a PC Keyboard with large (1"x 1") highly visual yellow square buttons on a black background has provided distinct improvements two problems that I have been experiencing. One being failing sight & secondly that of hitting the right button (I suffer a problem with my hands) As I said before I am experiencing distinct improvments

I found the tracker and software very good once set up. It has only been running for a few days. The history section is especially helpful as I can show care staff what my relative is doing when leaving home. Introductory video also helpful.

Fast delivery but I am not able to find how to set a pay as you go plan?

It's important that you receive these type of products as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer a pay as you go plan for the device you ordered. This is due to, not only the unlimited tracking (you'll never have to worry that it'll run out) for the device, but the support from our expert team. The subscription should cover everything you need from the device and if you ever need assistance with your item, we will be here to help. :) Aside from this, may I ask if there's anything else we could do to get a 5* review? Accuratus Hi Vis Standard keyboard. Good feel to the keys and the lettering stands out well with good size and contrast. I previously bought an Accuratus Mini-HV with USB hub which I was pleased with but I found it would not work with a KVM switch. This standard keyboard is fine. Speed of delivery was excellent and feedback on the order from Techsilver was helpful with fast delivery added at no cost. It was hard to find this exact keyboard but you came up trumps. Huge jiffy bag though!

I purchased the Yepzon Freedom and although i found it very good unfortunately for my situation the battery life is not long enough and I had to return it. I bought the product to track my father who has dementia and due to covid I would be unable to charge it myself everyday and he would be unable to. I feel that this would be great to perhaps track a child or a car

Early says but gave to mum yesterday so hoping she starts to use. I love grandpad and have set up family on it to keep in contact with mum who us nearly 90. Size of icons great. Only thing i would say is wish you could put order of icons in different order so most used were together on first page so didnt need to scroll. Also would be goid to be abke to make writing bigger or cgange colours for those who are partially sighted
