warranty is 10 months when try to register on line. Which is wrong. Had to spoken to 3/4 HP guys in India to sort it out. I still have to send the Invoice to HP. All these should have done by Technoworld. I told one guy in technomat about this, but no reply so far.

Not impressed so far. Driver called Saturday. I was at home but heard nothing. I called DHL Parcel. Arranged for delivery on Tuesday 3rd Dec. However, when I log into my account it says the order is COMPLETE. I am unable to track the parcel, as the order is deemed to be complete. I do not want to have to stay in all day not knowing when the parcel will arrive. Please assist. Chris Nixon 01332 510454.

Ordered 2 projector lifts on next day delivery. Their despatcher 'allegedly' held up the delivery to query if we'd ordered the right product for our project. WTH??? Who does that? Then when they did arrive one lift was damaged. I didn't actually report this because we were mid-way through a same day install, so what would they have realistically done about it? So....not overly impressed if i'm honest. They were the cheapest by quite a margin, but i guess the old adage is true...."ya get what ya pay for".

Sorry to have to write this as at the moment your service is not the issue, but I paid extra for Friday delivery to a retail store in Taunton which opens between 9:30 and 5:30 and DPD did not deliver as no-one was there - strange, as 2 members of staff on duty that day. So not really your fault but by association not great service - yet.
