Ordered 2 projector lifts on next day delivery. Their despatcher 'allegedly' held up the delivery to query if we'd ordered the right product for our project. WTH??? Who does that?
Then when they did arrive one lift was damaged. I didn't actually report this because we were mid-way through a same day install, so what would they have realistically done about it?
So....not overly impressed if i'm honest. They were the cheapest by quite a margin, but i guess the old adage is true...."ya get what ya pay for".
