“Not impressed so far. Driver called Saturday. I was at home but heard nothing. I called DHL Parcel. Arranged for delivery on Tuesday 3rd Dec. However, when I log into my account it says the order is COMPLETE. I am unable to track the parcel, as the order is deemed to be complete. I do not want to have to stay in all day not knowing when the parcel will arrive. Please assist. Chris Nixon 01332 510454.”

“Helpful customer service on the chat, prompt delivery and quick refund after delivering a different chromebook since the one I ordered was out of stock. Perhaps the website should update quicker when a product runs out of stock, also the order was left on hold waiting for my confirmation to proceed, but I had already agreed to the replacement model by email. So, all a bit confusing but in the end I'm happy with the purchase, and service was good.”

“Being a first-time Technoworld customer I didn't know what to expect. But they had the HP Chromebook I wanted at the best price. Then I saw the good customer reviews here and it put my mind at ease. Customer service team was helpful, especially the friendly Sophie on live chat. I wasn't disappointed. My order, for which I selected free delivery (up to 7 days), was essentially a preorder for when more stock was due from HP. Sadly HP weren't very prompt at delivering the new stock to Technoworld. But when they finally did Technoworld sent out my order for next day delivery to make up for the delay, at no extra charge (usually £12). Really impressive touch. Loving my new Chromebook. Thank you Technoworld. Will use you again. :) Leigh”

“Great price on my laptop and wonderful service throughout from Technoworld with particular thanks to Utsman who went above and beyond to sort out my payment problems (which were not the fault of Technoworld but my bank) First class service and fast delivery. Highly recommended.”

“Very impressed. Rock bottom prices, so I was a little hesitant about ordering. Took the free delivery option too. Standard terms and conditions said 7 working days, but the item arrived via reputable courier service in two working days and with a 1-hour window. Would definitely use again.”

“What a fabulous company, product arrived in less then 14 hours (and I did not pay for next day delivery). How refreshing to find a company that puts 100% into it's service for their Customers. I would recommend Technoworld as your first point of call, I cannot fault them - And - I was greatly impressed my Receipt/Invoice was on my new laptop - great service Technoworld.”

“Waiting for a refund. Ordered a laptop on deal, paid for it, received confirmation mail. The very next day received a mail stating the model is out of stock and asking if I want a refund. Checked on the website - the model was there, not marked as out of stock but with completely different price. Pointed it. It was marked straight away out of stock. Should have made a print screen earlier - my bad. Not a proper way to do business. Very annoying.”

“Technoworld are brilliant in every way. Having had placed an order for a laptop as a gift, the parcel came very quickly and in a good and safe condition and the product itself was as good as I hoped it would be. Sadly, the recipient of the gift didn't feel the same way so I had to return the item. After initiating contact to return the item, I got a really quick reply from the after sales team who were happy to help instantly. I have to give special thanks to Minesh who dealt with my entire case. He was so friendly, polite and helpful the entire way through solving my problem, and made it feel as though I was talking to a friend. Sometimes interactions with companies can be quite tricky but from the word go the return process was seamless and I received my money back in full, and honestly couldn't be happier. My only regret is that I had to return the product, as everything was just top class. I would recommend Technoworld to anyone. Thank you Minesh and Technoworld!”

“I have never used Technoworld before. However, I required a small laptop to replace an aging Acer running Windows 7. I used my requirements to refine the choice down to an HP 255 G7 with a 512GB drive. (I already possess a bigger HP laptop that has given good service). The HP 255 G7 was available at a very well-known supplier, but I was worried about their poor customer service reviews. It was a little bit more expensive to buy it from Technoworld, but the reviews were good, and was I glad I did. I ordered the laptop just before midday on Wednesday 13th January and it was delivered to my door the next afternoon, even though I had selected free postage! It arrived in good condition and it works very fast compared to my other machines. The only slight annoyance was that I had to download a new software driver (Synaptics TouchPad Driversystem 19.5.35.50 Rev.A) from HP in order to switch off the touch-pad when I have a mouse connected. I do not like touch-pads, especially when typing! Overall, a very happy customer, who will contact Technoworld first when I need a new machine. Many thanks.”
