“You yourselves seem fine, your choice of courier was frustrating, they left my package in the rain on my open driveway in a package saying "3D printer" all over it. It said on their site if no one was home then they'd take it to a safe pick up point, they didn't do this. So I had a soggy box that I was amazed didn't get stolen. Please use someone else, I was tempted to return it in case it didn't work but I was too eager to print stuff and luckily it seems to be fine, future customers might not be so lucky”

“Ordered over 1500 pounds of items for next day ordered before 11 am didn’t get any updates contacted support who seems like they didn’t care.was told got collected same day as ordered but according to dod tracking wasn’t collect till the next day. Had planned someone to be at home to receive the order.”
