“I purchased an Anycubic Mono X 6K from Technology Outlet, which arrived at the end of March. I had real problems with LCD screen failures. Technology Outlet were very supportive, and obtained a replacement screen very quickly. When that failed, they sent a completely new printer. The response times have been impressive, and they have been nothing but helpful and understanding. A good retailer with a professional Tech Support team.”

“Excellent service, communication and value for money. My printer arrived next day delivery and was well packaged. I had a couple of small problems which were manufacturing defects and were in no way down to Technology Outlet but these guys went out of their way to help and resolve them quickly for me. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a 3d printer, spares or filament and they definately gained me as a long term customer. They certainly put themselves out and go that extra mile. Toni”

“Absolutely shocking! Placed an order for an item that was in stock, it was never delivered and I was never notified, so had to call them only to be told it is out of stock now, and I'd need to email for a refund! AVOID!”

“Long time customer purchasing mainly PLA filament. Great quality filament at a great price. Delivery is always very fast and the filament is consistent over a long period of time. The customer support for me has been great, Emails are answered quickly and any problem is quickly resolved. Highly recommend!”

“These guys go that extra mile, anyone can sell a box that is easy but when you have an issue that is when you find out what a company is really like. I have an issue with my Filament and Myles was just so on the ball. I cant recommend these guys enough the Tech support you receive is second to non. I dont bother to look anywhere else for any of my printing needs because I know if and that is a big if as there quality is top notch also, I know I will get the very best of after sales help. Do yourself a favor and try them out you wont be disappointed.”

“Black Friday was the first time I'd ordered from Technology Outlet - had never heard of them before - and was impressed by, well, everything about them really! First order (ender 5 plus - huuuge box!) was placed on Friday, and even though the (free) delivery was set for Tuesday, I received it Saturday morning next day via DPD. I rang TO a few times also whilst deciding on which printer to buy, and every time I called they were knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to answer the phone. My second order (more Black Friday deals - can't resist!), I ordered various filament spools and resins. One of the filaments however was a different weight to what was advertised on the website, but rather than brush the issue under the table or tell me to send it back, they went above and beyond - with zero hassle they sent me out a second filament spool (colour of my choosing too) to make up for the discrepancy (which arrived next day). Anyway, overall I've been really impressed - it's rare to find a UK company that offers both competitive pricing and excellent customer service these days, and I'll definitely be shopping here again.”

“Buying a 3D printer can be daunting especially for new users. I have been an early adopter of the tech and am still learning. Technology outlet are always my first port of call and I won’t change. I own several printers all from TO and the prices are often better than those on auction sites etc. Irrespective though I would order from them because if you do have a technical issue then they will help you quickly. In fact recently I experienced issues with a printer and although it took several days to resolve they displayed so much knowledge and patience. Obviously machines are everywhere now and some are very cheap but from experience after sales support emails to and from China are more often than not a total nightmare not to mention trying to get a return. Have just received another machine it arrived incredibly quickly and it was up and running within an hour although as usual for me I had issues with levelling. I managed to see my error but it was reassuring that they were on the end of a phone or email and they would know the machine so would be able to offer the specific support. They really are a very good example on how a good company should be and they are far from being jacks of all trades and master of none. Brilliant… my next purchase will be for a resin printer and these guys will be my first choice”

“Ordered an ENDER 5 PRO and it was delivered next working day. After i completed the build i ran into a minor problem and contacted the technical department. They understood the problem and it was resolved with minutes. Their communication from the very start was excellent and other companies could learn from their customer service. I will definitely be using this company again. Very happy customer.”

“Stay Clear - Provide tracking details for shipments that have not yet shipped, also tracking detaisl for goods which are being delivered to a totally different address to mine...Plus NOBODY answers the phone or answes EMAILS ! Im not taking any chances....Ive canceled my order and requested a full refund !”

“Ordered an Ender 6 and had weeks of headache with it. Asked for a refund and by the next day I had a return label and the package was dropped off at a local DPD store. Customer service was a delight and replied quickly to any queries that I had. Very pleased with the service and will be buying on the regular of this site. Highly Reccomended”

“Ordered the ender 5 hot end fully assembled kit came on the 28th of july was told would receive it on friday i did not get it until monday. which was ok as it arrived but when it came the box was damaged badly thankfuly the item was not”
