“Really impressed with Technology Outlet in supporting my purchase of an Creality Ender 5 3D printer. The pre-sales team were really helpful in helping me identify the right printer and also purchasing the correct extra bits to get started. The delivery was quick and arrived in perfect conditions. I experienced one small issue where Creality hadn't put a wire in the box - not one needed immediately, but needed for full functionality. James Bell responded very quickly to my email and tried to get a spare from Creality - but annoyingly Creality sent the wrong cable! James then made me a new cable which fit perfectly and now my printer has all operations. I will definitely be buying more consumables / gadgets from Technology Outlet.”

“I have bought several items from Technology Outlet including two 3d printers as they are very competitive with their pricing and always provide an excellent service. My latest purchase shows what a superb company Technology Outlet is as the printer went faulty 3 weeks after purchasing it from them. You can tell a good company not by when things go right but when they go wrong. On contacting Technology Outlet, I was contacted back very quickly by James Bell and we went through everything that could cause the printer to not power up. The conclusion was that the main processor board had failed. To save me having to dismantle the printer and re-box it to return to them James kindly offered to order a replacement board for me to fit myself. As I was experienced in working on 3d printers I was confident that this was the best solution I cannot thank James and technology outlet enough for the fast and friendly service, not only in dealing with this problem, but with all the help and advice received in the past. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great deal and superb service.”
