“In a word; fantastic. Easy to traverse the site, lots of information on each product, great reviews, excellent customer service. I received an informative email on my item shortly after I ordered it, preparing me for the necessary set up. This plus excellent shipping, I ordered on a Friday after the threshold for Saturday delivery, went with next working day anyway, so due on Monday, it was dispatched same day and delivered the saturday anyway, couldn't ask for better service.”

“I was absolutely thrilled with my purchase of my record player and speaker bundle well worth the money did have a issue with the sound not coming out of speakers but it turned out the stylus was not in place correctly.I spoke to one of the staff who talked me through everything on the phone then sent a video through email and after I seen that the stylus was fitted correctly and wow the sound is amazing best value for money over the moon with it.The delivery was quick well packed and as I said had to speak to a member of staff he was very patient and understanding and everything was sorted would definitely use this company they are fabulous.”

“I was looking for a low to mid range turntable and active speaker setup. I popped in to their place near Daedalus Gosport. They have a small but workable demo area. Very helpful and I left with the AT LS3 wireless turntable and the Great service and the Q acoustics M20 spears. Easy to set up at home and I’m loving having vinyl back again! Thanks guys.”

“This is the best Soundsystem I have ever purchased. I am a beginner vinyl and wanting to build my collection, so I wanted to buy a quality vinyl turntable with a really good pair of speakers, and this was the best purchase of my life! The sound quality is out of this world. The base is strong. The tunes have high quality and the turntable itself is very sleek and works so good. I would recommend this product to anyone whether you are a professional or a completely new into vinyl... Was also really easy to set up and had it working in less than 30 minutes and the instruction manual. It’s really easy to understand this is coming from someone who is not that tech savvy.”

“Been looking for a new turntable and speakers to play my collection of vinyl for a while. Found this company online and was impressed by the package on offer but needed some further info which was promptly responded to. Ordered a package and was informed that it would arrive within three working days. Very surprised to receive an email telling me it was to be delivered the next day within 24 hrs since order. The email provided how to set up which was great! System now set up and thoroughly reliving my early years. Would definitely recommend K&B to anyone.”

“Paid for next day delivery only to be told they don’t deliver on Sundays after I paid for next day delivery The product received was badly scratched and chipped I have been requested to return product then I they will submit a new item why should I have to return the item first surely a new item should have been sent immediately as this was a birthday gift. I was told to take the item to a post office or similar I’m disabled don’t drive and cannot carry the weight alone of this large and heavy record player and speakers Very poor customer service”

Hi Pam, Thanks for your review. Sorry to see that the speaker had a minor chip on it, we immediately issued a pre-paid returns label to get the item back for a full replacement for you. We can't simply send a replacement without requesting the defective item back unfortunately, but I can see the matter was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. If you are unable to get to a drop off point then we can arrange a one-off collection from your home as a gesture of goodwill however, looking at the email chain, we were not made aware of any issues. Regarding the delivery, you ordered on Sunday 16th March, the website and checkout stated the delivery date of Tuesday 18th, which it was delivered on as you had selected next working day, we do not ship on Sundays unfortunately. “"What do you buy a man for his seventieth birthday?" This was the dilemma facing my wife of 40 years. I too was a little stumped when she asked. But then remembered my collection of vinyl that has sat, unplayed, for decades in my study. "I'd like a record player!" To be honest, the prospect of venturing back into the world of vinyl was a bit daunting. Especially given the vast array of equipment of offer. Fortunately, I discovered K&B Audio. I started with the 'Find your perfect timetable' and after examining the various options opted for the Audio Technica LP60X-BT turntable and Edifier R1280DB Active BT speakers. Placing the order online was simple and straight forward and the kit was delivered on time. I am now receiving additional emails from K&B providing valuable information on how to set up the system and how to clean and maintain the vinyl itself. This might sound a little over the top to you regular users. But to me, returning after a gap of several decades, this is invaluable So, am I happy with the service provided? Absolutely. Would I recommend K&B Audio? Yes, in fact I already have. How do I feel about being reunited with my vinyl collection? Over the moon. Literally transported back to my youth.”
