“Firstly...I am very happy with my purchase (Edifier R1280T Speakers). They are great and great value for money. So all good there. However, and this may not be the fault of K&B Audio, but FedEx delivery was terrible. Having been informed that delivery would be between 9am & 1pm, I waited in ALL day and no delivery. I checked tracking and it said that they were on vehicle awaiting delivery. Nothing. I then waited most of the following day and only recieved delivery towards the end of the second day. (parcel also left outside door in pouring rain so got rather damp !)”

“I was looking to purchase a new turntable and came across the website of K&B Audio. It was easy to navigate and answered all my questions as well as offering excellent advice. A short while later I ordered a turntable, speaker, external amplifier ‘bundle’ which was delivered the next day. I was even able to amend and upgrade the order later that day without impacting delivery and the additional payment was quick and smooth. I would thoroughly recommend this company - excellent service, easy to use website, knowledgeable staff offering great service and products.”

“These Lithe Bluetooth speakers are fantastic. Craig gave great advice—clear, helpful, and answered all my questions about choosing speakers for the bathroom. The speakers look modern and stylish, and the sound is impressively strong and clear. Music or podcasts can be heard well, even in other rooms. They were easy to set up with Bluetooth, and the controls are simple to use. The build feels solid and fits nicely with my décor. Overall, I am really happy with these speakers and would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality and good sound.”
