“Bought as a Xmas present so actual product untested as yet. However process was trouble free product well packaged in a timely manner”

“Goods delivered promptly. Instructions unhelpful and misleading. Contact with supplier by e-mail only despite several requests to phone me to talk me through the set up process, supplier said they phoned twice but no call ever received. It was by pure chance and in desperation after one and a half days of trying that I hit on how to alter from blue to green. When one orders a basic record player, why is it set up in such complex format including bluetooth which I didn't order and don't understand.”

Hi Max, thanks for your recent order. I can see that we replied to your email promptly and sent the manufacturer instructions, our own blog guide with step by step images and also a We Transfer link to a video Jack created for you on how to change the source input of your speakers. I can also see that we tried calling but you have call screening enabled and we were unable to get through. I can also confirm that you did order the Bluetooth speaker version, but you don't need to use the Bluetooth if you don't want to. “System arrived 3 days late although I paid for next day delivery which was refunded without questions. This was due to a problem with the courier company. Audio Technica turntable and edifer speaker and headphones are superb. Blue tooth is easy to use and no messy cables. Ideal for someone bringing out their old vinyl after 40 years.”
