“I was impressed with how easy it was to navigate the website and with the product we bought - Pure Classic and audio technica turntable. Also pleased with the after care, as I needed to ring them twice, both times help was no trouble at all.”

“A purchase that was carried out after watching a K&B video on youtube, excellent presentation, and following a call which was answered (honestly), and a chat to clarify a couple of things, I went online and made my purchase, this arrived the following day, I thought I was missing some cables, so yet another phone call that was answered, everything was in the box, (my mistake) simple install instructions and we are up and running, very pleased to have been able to talk to someone and delighted with the product.”
