“Very bad customer service. After contacting almost every week and told us our supervisor was booked for the resit at least 6 or 7 times, after 3 months it was not a single space available.”

“I’m sorry to say unfortunately I’m very disappointed with how the course went due to the rudeness and arrogance of your instructor Ladi. From start to finish we had technical issues that was not our fault and the help we received was shocking. Ladi seemed to struggle with having a full class of participants and kept saying how hard the class was. I would recommend lowering the number of participants to his classes from now on. There were certain questions on the test of which the topic was not covered in the training which I think is unacceptable. I’m sorry to say I would not recommend anyone to participate in future classes taught by Ladi. I found it very unprofessional at the end of the course when we went to receive our results Ladi ended the zoom call because he never had the patience because of some background noise. All in all I believe it was a very poor experience in which we all paid for a course that we attended that never reached the expectations.”

“This was by far the most boring e learning i have had to endure Why the instructor thinks we will gain any knowledge by his monotone ramblings i do never know This is only worsened by the slides and video If anything the whole episodes did not teach me one jot If anything just fogged my understanding of the subject The course is far to long for the content and this is because its delivery is so poor At one point i thought about just cutting my wrists and closing my internet link The one saving grace is my internet dropped out and i didnt have to stay for the final discussion And that i passed the course and cannot be subjected to your teaching anymore Im typing this on monday so 3 days later and i still feel strongly about this one”

“This was a tick in a box training. Cameras were on but there was absolutely no interaction between the trainer and the trainees, which is often the problem for online trainings, but even more so on this one.”
