“Ian was very informative, down to earth and easy to follow at all times. He displayed great leadership qualities and took time to connect with us all. He was patient and answered questions with reference to his own experiences making the information easy to follow, digestible and constantly informative. As someone who suffers from dyslexia I was nervous about starting this course, However, at no point did I feel unconfident with the sale of teaching or new information learnt, I was allowed to be myself at all times. I would highly recommend Ian as an instructor/teacher and because I enjoyed his style of teaching so much I am interested in taking a look at the SMSTS course he also teaches here. Thanks for everything mate.”
