“The sessions were extremely well-structured, engaging, and informative throughout the 5 days. The trainer demonstrated excellent subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the construction industry, explaining complex health & safety legislation in a clear, practical, and relatable way. Real-life examples, interactive discussions, and scenario-based learning made the course both enjoyable and highly effective. Their patience, professionalism, and ability to keep the group focused while encouraging participation really stood out. They created a positive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions and contributing. Overall, this was a highly valuable course, and the quality of teaching played a key role in ensuring I gained confidence and practical understanding of my responsibilities as a Site Manager. I would strongly recommend this trainer to anyone undertaking the SMSTS course.”
