“The instructor - Darren Farren - managed the course really well. It was noticeable from the start that Darren has a sound knowledge of the construction industry, which enabled him to provide the course with factual and actual events, to assist the class in understanding the subject matter being taught. Darren's calm approach to teaching put the class at ease and assisted in the retention of the information relevant to succeeding on the course. I learnt a lot on this refresher, possibly more than I did on the five day course. Thank you Darren.”
