“Good refresher course, set at the right pace to jog the memory and bring the info back to the mind. Can get a bit frustrating if other delegates have IT issues but instructor used the time well to recap and also help the delegates with problems. No problem doing the 2 day refresher online, however if i need to do the 5 day course, i would prefer classroom. Relevant exam at the end, enjoyable course.”

“very well presented course, instructor obviously had an in-depth knowledge of the subject and their delivery style made the learning experience an easy journey. This is the first time I have attended a course of this nature on-line and didn't this this worked as well as the in person courses I have attended in the past. This is more to do with the fact that we work in open plan space with no separate work spaces. It may be an idea to include in the joining instructions the requirement for private spaces to complete the end of course assessment.”
