“The trainer was very knowledgeable and his tone/pace of speaking was good. He stuck to his timetable/agenda which made is easy to plan my day. He had a lot of real, personal examples to back up his knowledge and used a good variety of picture, diagrams and videos as well as text. However, there was a lot of listening and not many opportunities for interaction/discussion or delegate participation which at times made the course dull. Also, red text on blue slides is not the easiest to read, and I suggest altering the colour of the slides to make it clearer for those with vision difficulties.”

“I recently completed my SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) course with Target Zero, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. My instructor, Ian Pykett, was outstanding. He delivered the course with a high level of professionalism, deep industry knowledge, and clear real-world examples that made the content easy to understand and engaging. Ian encouraged interaction, answered questions thoroughly, and ensured everyone fully grasped both the practical and legal aspects of site management and health & safety. The course was well-structured, informative, and very relevant to real site conditions. I would highly recommend Target Zero for SMSTS training, and Ian Pykett in particular, to anyone looking for high-quality, professional instruction.”
