“It was my first online course but Bill made the course enjoyable Personable and fun I've been on courses like this in the past and they can be a little tedious but I didn't feel like that at all on this one and I would say that was all down to Bill. Safety can be a complicated subject but Bill made it easy enough for everyone to understand 10/10 trainer all the best in the future! Scott”
