“I was a little nervous going into the course, old dog new tricks etc but the instructor (Andy) made me feel welcome and that I belonged there just like all the other attendees. As the course progressed Andy helped me to tap into the existing knowledge that I already had in the building trade and use my experience in my field of work. With this and a new approach to H&S I believe that going forward I can improve on the H&S in the different work environments that I am and will be working in. The course was enjoyable with a good mix of learning and fun along the way. Thanks to Andy for giving me the confidence to become a better site agent.”
