“a good interactive course. train was good and we had a laugh. during the examination some people had technical issues which disturbed the exam conditions but this can be expected from online course”

“The course was good and covered alot of important material. However, alot of time was wasted at the beginning getting everyone organised, it could have been alot more efficient if meeting link and delegate form had been sent much sooner instead of the morning of the course. Trainer: Ladi Dada”

“Hi, Sean is a knowledgable trainer and he explained things clearly, there was a lot to take in but the two days was just about enough. I'm not a fan of the online training and I would have preferred a classroom where we can interact and share our knowledge and experiences.”

“Francis was a very helpful and informative tutor. The course was all online in which some of the boys seemed to struggle with access. It was quite long with short unplanned breaks but enjoyable and worthwhile. Would recommend for anyone looking to take the step up with a SSSTS. thanks!!”

“well presented a lot of content but not sure if online is way forward for this course think we all miss out with interaction of the class room having book online not a hard copy to reference to not great well for me anyway makes taking notes reading up fully understanding more challenging”

“Good course with lots of information to update my qualification. Dominic was excellent at keeping the course interesting and keeping it relevant and moving along. The only criticism I have is that more input / information ahead / prior to the course would have enabled me to be better prepared with my hardware to assist with the inevitable toing and froing between the 'class' page and the handbooks ie a second screen to see both at once.”
