“Great course and fantastic tutor. My one gripe is the ‘Remote Course Materials’ should be sent out 5 days prior to the commencement of the course. This is so delegates can figure out how to best utilise the digital online course book. The pace of the course if fast but not overly fast. However, trying to figure out how to use the digital book only adds unnecessary pressure.”

“Found the online format less engaging - was difficult to get interaction from the attendees Tim O'Connell had good experience and knowledge and delivered the course well under the circumstances with Zoom call as above. Course was quick so I imagine for less experienced attendees it would have been more difficult. less experienced may benefit from a little more time is spent on hold points through the process of identify TW requirement/TWDB/TWD/installation/permit to load/inspections/permit to dismantle etc Thank you Tim”

“Ladi was good, explained things well, a bit jumpy on people when they didn't understand or he didn't understand what they meant. Exam was noisy but that wasn't Ladi's fault, the system used doesn't work well on iPads/iPhones for the test as it turns off the camera- that needs looking at as it stressed out the participants and the tutor. I learnt a lot. Thanks”
