“I had Sean O'brien as my trainer for this course. It was a well informed and engaging course. I enjoyed it a lot! We covered a wide range of topics- a lot that I was previously not familiar with. I feel like I have learnt a lot. The only downside was zoom; I had a lot of technical troubles with zoom and I personally find that Microsoft teams works better.”

“Whilst there was a real attempt to engage participants, the trainer was friendly and had good use of video and group breakrooms, avoiding just death by powerpoint, the training approach was really poor overall. Questions were phrased in a way that was difficult to understand the purpose, they were often very general or not relevant. Some questions were phrased in a biased way toward a certain conclusion or opinion which was often not objective or fact based. The trainer rarely acknowledged someone's answer. The trainers dialogue was frequently biased, opinionated and not factual. In some cases facts were asserted which were incorrect or misleading. Key terms of the course were mixed up in explanations - for instance Sustainability was confused with Environment, and Incentivisation was confused with Certification. Overall in an attempt to acknowledge the course was quite a dry subject, and mix it up a bit, the trainer totally undermined the subject matter, and made the day very confusing and frustrating to say the least.”

“I have enjoyed the course. It was well delivered and Sean O'Brien as done a good job at explaining the topics. He's done well at engaging with everyone and keeping people engaged. He's a great teacher and is clearly passionate about the topic. My comments for improvement links to the timing of the course. Felt that an hour on Wednesday, 4 hours on Thurs and a further hour on Fri was excessive for a 10 minute presentation.”
