“Where do I start……….. Firstly the course name should be changed from SSSTS to “The Andy Experience” because oh my god, this is what it was. I don’t know how he managed it but Andy took possibly the driest (yet very important) subject of Health & Safety and made it in to a fun and engaging experience with a stand up comedy act combined. Never thought I would be laughing out loud learning about Health and Safety, but I was. Please speak to my employer and ask them to get Andy on the books to deal with their in-house HSE training!! First time I’ve left a training course having genuinely enjoyed it (obviously I’d sooner not need to attend one however needs must and Andy was certainly the man we needed for the job). He had us engaging with one another, sharing our experiences and even just from this I found lots of value within. I actually really hope I get to do my SMSTS training with him before he retires. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot from Andy he is very knowledgeable and experienced and I am in awe of it!”
