“To say I was nervous about using a computer for this course is an understatement but as soon as the trainer Barry came on screen, he put me at ease straight away because of the way he spoke to people. I obviously assume this is due to him spending years within the construction industry and being able to communicate effectively with a plan, do, check attitude to enable the class to be competent with the task ahead.
