“I really enjoyed this refresher course, some of the course content I had completely forgotten about and this refresher was really informative. The tutor was very knowledgeable and patient in explaining subject that some delegates hadn’t heard of or didn’t understand. Personally I prefer a class room environment but I was pleasantly surprised how the online course was ran, the content and the way the information was made available by downloading the book was very easy. By explaining some tips early on the tutor made it a painless process and I would recommend the online course to all our staff members who need to refresh this course in future.”
