“The online course was fully engaging and informative. The course trainer, Sean O'Brian ensured all 12 participants were involved by asking questions and checking up on them which was very useful. The breakout rooms worked well and the exercises allowed us to collaborate with our groups effectively. The presentation, followed by the exam, was a good way of assessing but for future, maybe trainees should have to wait until all participants have finished their exam before saying their goodbyes. (Myself and others finished early and may have disrupted others who weren't finished.) Other than this, the course was very good overall and I'd recommend to others to go through CIOB. Max Rawson”

“Was a great course enjoyed how it was broken up with activities such as spotting the hazards. This broke the course up really well and I stopped it from becoming too repetitive. I also enjoy the group discussions which we had as we were able to get lots of different viewpoints and new ideas.”

“Tutor knowledge was good, but Zoom delivery made group interaction harder. Issues with not receiving meeting link and once received after chasing via phone, link was then changed without prior update on status. Receipt of test link via Zoom Chat was seamless.”
