“Average course in my opinion. The tasks we did were engaging but the rest of the course was just being talked to by the trainer. After a few hours this made it very hard to stay concentrated.”

“SSSTS course was carried out in a timely manner over the 2 days, sufficient break times were allocated by the course tutor throughout each day. The topic was covered fairly well to be prepared for the examination. The Zoom facility operated well throughout the 2 days of the course and for the examination.”

“I felt as if we should have received the link and all information before-hand to anticipate the times. It would have been helpful to know timings. Receiving only 24hrs before the course caused me personally quite a bit of stress. Trainer Ladi Dadi was good and straight to the point.”

“Ladi Dada was my trainer. I enjoyed my refresher as he made it very engaging, interesting and informed. He was understandable and patient to help and I appreciated his method of delivery. Not boring. I was not very impress with TargetZero's system; unsure if it was just a technological mishap or lack of adequate preparedness with course delivery materials. It was unneeded fraustration that could have been avoided.”

“Overall the course had some great information, however there are various bugs that need to be worked out to improve the content and delivery. It was not always clear which handout was being used or referred as the instructors notes that were displayed on the screen looked at times completely different to those the delegates had issued to them, lots more writing/comments and not clear where they came from! Although all the information was contained within the notes somewhere the referencing needs to improve. The course had a very fast pace and I found that several hours revision was needed to join all the information together on the first night but this was not possible for the course work on the second day before the exam. I feel that this was two of the most stressful days I have experienced in a long time!”

“Ladi had to leave after break for 45 min with a personal issue which is expectable but when he returned the course felt a bit rushed.”

“Course detail was presented well. The trainer had a very broad knowledge of site management and health and safety and made it very easy to understand. In my opinion this training should be delivered face to face and in future i will be choosing that option. 2 days sat in front of the computer with little interaction was very uncomfortable and at times it was hard to maintain concentration.”

“The course was informative, although the Instructor's unfamiliarity with the Teams format did make it slow at times. On balance, it would have been better if the 5 days had been done in one hit. But, I was pleased to be able to update my knowledge, and the presentations were good.”
