“Steve Head is an excellent course instructor, I could not recommend his expertise any more than I already have. I completed the same course SMSTS 5 Years ago with another provider, the course was not as interactive as the SMSTS course I have just completed with Steve Head. I have learnt a lot more then I had previously and thoroughly enjoyed attending and learning on the course. Communication on the course was clear and direct and I really liked the language used, I often find that the language used on a lot of courses can be quiet technical and when you are first learning a new topic I find technical language can almost make it harder for you to understand what exactly the instructor is trying to explain. All relevant key points were discussed and learnt and I feel I have refreshed and also learnt a lot from the course. Thank you.”

“Instructor fine, problem is the SSSTS course does really cover my role as a Fire alarm engineer. This is not your fault, just the industry thinking I need to know about digging holes, organising waste or other totally non relevant information. These courses should be more focused on the job roles we undertake.”
