“Very prompt to answer the phone and knowledgeable on the products sold. Not only that, i needed some information and parts sent to me for the following day and the person i spoke to took my name and said they would look out for my order to process it from their supplier straight away. I received an email to confirm this and the parts arrived the next day as planned. Thank you! I would not hesitate to recommend Taps Empire. I have overseen a build project myself at home using numerous suppliers and they have been one of the easiest suppliers to deal with.”

“I had good notification about the delivery of my toilet seat and was even given a one hour delivery slot. The problem was they delivered it to someone else! I spoke to customer service the next day and they were very helpful and efficient. A new toilet seat was sent out immediately and was delivered correctly the following day. Mistakes happen and then it comes down to customer service and how they deal with them so in this respect Taps Empire are highly recommended. The product was good too - and a very good price.”
