“It took 4 deliveries for me to get an undamaged cistern - it was just exasperating, like they were going through the rejects hoping I might accept one. On the plus side the price was reasonable and customer service people were good, and no doubt as annoyed with their warehouse as I was.”

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the agency drivers covering your postcode during the said period were not trained to handle the product appropriately. We have now made changes to our logistics team to improve the product handling and delivery process.

“I ordered a RAK Resort Tall Mono Tap to replace the original tap. Taps Empire came out as the best price. Cannot fault the whole process. DHL delivered it very quickly, the tap is great, well wrapped and we found a plumber yesterday who installed it for us. One of our quicker buys online. Would recommend Jinnie Edwards”

“Avoid, deadful company, no returns policy. Will not refund anything or return goods. Just straight theft. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH.”

“Dreadful company, they sell second hand damage equipment and then refuse to give a refund when its returned, total scam company from a backroom in Bradford. I wouldn't be surprised if it's run out of a transit van.”

No offence to Bradford, but our showroom is based in Rainham, Essex and we only sell brand new goods. Crossed wires?

“Good Price for the Bristan Exposed Shower Valve. Simple and secure system of ordering. Quick delivery of the item that was well packaged and the valve looks OK however, I shall have to wait for my plumber to confirm that it is fit for purpose.”
