“I would never buy from this supplier… I would never buy from this supplier again. Goods arrived promptly and OK but family illness and resulting availability of plumber meant item not installed as originally planned. It was then discovered that the item was unsuitable for our location but as we were outside the 14 day returns period, they totally refused to accept any Return goods, despite our explaining valid reason why the install was delayed. Very poor Customer Relations”

“Abode kitchen taps were good value and arrived within a few days. Was a little concerned when contacted by 'Koncepta' about my order. May have been useful to explain that Taps Empire are the online trading name of Koncepta. Also directly contacted by the delivery company to arrange delivery of my Koncepta order. HOWEVER, the delivery company were very helpful and the taps arrived in good condition, so very pleased. In these times of constantly worrying about scams, it would help if Taps Empire/Koncepta were clearer about their processes.”
