“I had good notification about the delivery of my toilet seat and was even given a one hour delivery slot. The problem was they delivered it to someone else! I spoke to customer service the next day and they were very helpful and efficient. A new toilet seat was sent out immediately and was delivered correctly the following day. Mistakes happen and then it comes down to customer service and how they deal with them so in this respect Taps Empire are highly recommended. The product was good too - and a very good price.”

“Purchased taps and showers for five bathrooms so far from Taps Empire and service and delivery were great until most recent order. The tap lever was unsuitable for the installation site so I wanted to exchange for a different style. The tap was delivered later than expected (after 6pm) and I had departed on a business trip overseas. When I asked to exchange the item when I returned from my trip I was told I had exceeded the 14 day returns period (17 days) Whilst I respect their clear returns policy, it is difficult to return an item if you are not at home to do so, the item was delivered after the end of the working day and a day later than anticipated. Had I known the tap would be delivered so late in the day I would have postponed delivery until I returned. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from Taps Empire in the future. On the upside, prices are good, delivery is fairly quick and they replaced a damaged tap that was delivered promptly.”
