“Taps Empire called to check that the order I had placed was correct due a query on picking which was resolved over the phone and the order processed and delivered the next day. The tap arrived well packaged and was competitively priced. Very satisfied with the excellent service, value for money and quick delivery.”

“The pricing is very good. Their dispatch and the courier used is excellent. Unfortunately, the courier doesn't follow the same practices. Delivery time was promised between a set time frame and before one could get home, the courier had been and gone one hour before the time zone set. Then the saga starts. 2 options to retrieve the parcel. Redeliver for Monday or collect from local Curry's for Saturday. Well I thought, I will go for 2nd option, as need the item urgently. Bad decision. It is Sunday and no parcel notification for Curry's. And have no clue when and if it will arrive.”

“Excellent advice confirming which tap I needed to buy, good price and very fast free delivery, as they said it took 2 days. Customer services seem to know their stock unlike some other web-based retailers I spoke to. They also have a very good range of taps.”
