“I bought some ceramic valve cartridges for our ancient Britsan taps to replace the clapped-out old style compression valve inserts. These were far from being universal fitting so they had to be specific, after a brief search I found Taps Empire who were able to provide what was needed at a very good price. Ordered them online, Received the new inserts within a few days, 20 mins work and our taps are like new again 😎”

“Item arrived terribly packaged for a start. Royal Mail tried to deliver the returned package to Taps Empire on a Saturday and as they are not open, it could not be delivered. The package somehow got lost in the Royal Mail system was never rescheduled for a delivery, thus being past the 14 day return window, taps Empire were absolutely unwilling to help and take the item back. Shocking customer service I will never recommend or use them again.”
