Please note that since the order was placed and cancelled on the same day, in many instances your card may not have been charged at all. However, if the payment was charged to your card, we can confirm that the same was refunded on 02 June and should appear within 3 to 7 business days on your statement for UK banks/cards. We have also sent you the confirmation of your refund from our payment gateway by email, which shows the refund time, date, reference and the last four digits of the card. “The gold-plated bathroom sink waste looked shabby after 20 years with limescale and cleaning damage. Taps Empire offer an identical Bristan replacement for the lever operated pop-up waste unit at a reasonable cost including delivery by Royal Mail. the item arrived quicker than predicted, was well-packaged and protected with plastic cap and pad to prevent scratching whilst installing. I used the old pop-up waste screw as it has a bigger head so cannot get stuck under the operating lever in the waste pipe. A very good supplier on all counts, I will use them again when the need arises. Thank you Taps Empire for stocking items that permit selective replacement of wear items. A service that contributes to reducing waste, hence helping the environment.”
