“Taps Empire offered me a good price — not the cheapest online, but competitive enough that I chose to buy my tap from them. After scanning through their website, I felt they were a company I could trust, and I wasn’t disappointed. The tap arrived the very next day, perfectly packed. After delivery, they wrote to to ensure that I was happy with the product, and suggested to inspect before installation. A truly fantastic company.”

“Excellent price and service for a new toilet seat. Had ordered the same item from a competitor after googling the item as it was showing slightly cheaper. However after 2 weeks of waiting for a dispatch despite the item being showed as in stock and the company emailing every 2 or 3 days saying they were expecting the item to be ready to ship I got fed up after 2 and a half weeks and cancelled the order. Ordered from Taps Empire who promptly dispatched the item and received it within 3 working days.”
