“Recently decided to change the WC pan and decided on an Ideal Standard RimLS+ i.life B rimless pan having had rimless previously but different manufacturer. Went onto Ideal Standard's website for information and all their online partners were listed. After checking out several of them I decided to go with TapsEmpire as they had the product in stock and were also the cheapest. The order was placed on the 1 November and the item incredibly was delivered on the 4th. TapsEmpire used Ideal Batroom Distribution and the item was perfectly packaged with no visible damage. However, the driver insisted that the box be opened and the WC thoroughly checked. As expected it was perfect. TapsEmpire were brilliant throughout the whole process and kept me informed all the way. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Great price, great service.”
