“Used the online chat to ask about availability and was answered promptly. One item had to come from the manufacturer as it wasn't stocked, which took longer than expected, perhaps because of the disruption caused by the Covid situation. Delivery from Tap'n'shower was next day, as promised, and the items were just as I'd hoped.”

“The tap looks as though it will fit perfectly but as I can't get anyone to fit it at the moment because of the corona virus restrictions I hope you will let me return it if it doesn't. The service was very good and delivery in just a few days. Thank you. Sylvia Salmon”
