“I am happy with the service in the main but i am not happy that i have to wait up to 45 mins on the phone just get someone to get me a VAT invoice for goods that i have purchased and paid for. Regards David Dolphin”

“They are trouble free, and were delivered quickly. The only problem is the taps turn inwards to turn on, unlike app our other taps - that is a bit of a nuisance, but otherwise using them is easy”

“The products were high quality as expected. The prices were competitive. Dispatch was slow and I had to chase. Customer service was then helpful and informative. Overall a good experience but dispatch could be quicker and better communication if a product has gone out of stock so dispatch will be delayed. Would however recommend and would happily order again.”
