“Website provided enough information for an informed choice. 3 day delivery was acceptable, expecting it in 5 days. Adequately packaged, arrived whole, no breakages or damage. Plastic toilet seats should be marked "Fragile" so they don't get thrown about by the couriers.”

“Service pretty good. Tap arrived promptly. Only just had it fitted. Couple of issues with fixings so used old ones. Looks good.”

“Delivery of my order was slower than expected - 7 working days rather than the over-optimistic 1-2 days stated on the Tap 'n Shower website. That said, my items arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.”

“Excellent price but when phoned to follow up delivery from Merlyn the girl said she would call back on delivery date. She did not and we had to contact Merlyn as it was a such a delay on the delivery from the purchase date.”

“Good wide selection of products across all makes with a few good value buys. Slight negative was the slow delivery. We had to chase the order, after a week, but a prompt response meant we got the taps 2 days later, well packaged.”

“Would have been 5 stars but I had to chase the company to find out my delivery date. As it happened, delivery was 3 days after ordering which was pretty impressive. The item, a Bristan 1901 surface shower mixer was well wrapped & as expected & also the best price I could find online.”
