“I had a problem when the advertised discount did not happen on my payment. I wrote to the company and they apologised and issued a refund to correct the error. Fast product delivery as always”

“Thoroughly enjoying the Beef Broth. Very tasty and i have found by adding a teaspoon of MCT 8 Oil to it i can happily stick to my fasting regime. Have used the Chicken Broth in Ramen recipes. Will be a regular customer for sure.”

“I was first introduced to their bone broth at a sampling in my local Wholefoods. I have inflammation and after taking bone broth for a while, I feel so much better and have lost weight. I tend to purchase the chicken bone broth which is delicious. I add some protein and vegetables to make a quick and nutritious supper. I had a recent issue with a DPD delivery & their customer service was fantastic. I will be ordering more as it's not only doing me good but because it's so yummy! Thank you”

“Great customer service. One of the cartons has leaked when I received them so I emailed customer service to let them know and they've sent me 3 replacements. The bone broths are lovely and I love they are made with good ingredients. All in all fab. My only issue is how expensive they are. I can't afford to get them often.”

“This is my second purchase of Freja bone broth! I love the taste and quality of the product. It's nice just warmed and drunk by itself or with some added chicken or veg to make a soup. Will be coming back for more when my latest batch runs out! Recently had to contact the customer service team who were super helpful and responsive.”

“Lovely Chicken Broth. Really enjoying experimenting with it in recipes and it takes nice on it's own too. Only taking a star off because I was sent 12 Chicken instead of 6 Chicken and 6 Beef initially. Having said that the customer service team have been great and they are sending me out my original order free of charge. Can't wait to try the beef!”
