“I was really looking forward to trying this bone broth so I ordered six cartons at quite an expense. On tasting it, I was really disappointed at its slightly 'sticky' strong beef flavour and powerful smell that left my stomach feeling very uncomfortable after 15 minutes of drinking it. I've had many bone broths in my time and this is undoubtedly the worst experience to date. I've never had this problem with any other bone broth, I've tried. I wish I could say something postive about it, but sadly, not! 🤷‍♀️”

“Their customer service is immediate and so efficient. After DPD failed to deliver my first order, I emailed Freja on a Friday afternoon and my replacement order was with me on Monday. SO impressive. And the product is really good. Perfect to keep in the larder and use instead of additive-packed stock cubes in cooking. I also love it on it's own as part of a reboot.”

“I was delivered 5 instead of 6 cartons and another one in the pack was damaged. So i got 4/6 i purchased. I have tried to contact this company by email several times and instagram but no one has got back to me. Poor service.”

“I bought the chicken bone broth powder to drink as a broth after a 36 hour fast and to have type 2 collagen (apparently found in chicken broth rather than beef) service was great, the product shipped quickly. I only knocked a star because as someone else said, the taste and smell is like wet dog, I can’t drink this on its own and my protein shake and miso soup don’t disguise the taste at all (I’ve also tried adding pepper and spices as someone else suggested), it’s quite a strong taste/smell, even with half the recommended amount. That said, to reap the benefits I do add this to meals and it’s fine. I’m debating trying the liquid instead to drink as a broth post fasting, as the reviews are great and I can’t fault the service.”

“Phenomenal product and excellent customer service. I can't get over how amazing this product is. I use the beef and chicken broth for myself and my family. I first came across Freja when I had some serious nerve damage and other health issues. I realized that I needed to eat better and get the best products to provide me with the nutrition I needed. I've been using both broths for several months now and can say that I am so much healthier and healed. My hair and skin also look amazing. I can't recommend it enough. It's so good.”

“Excellent customer service, very prompt, helpful response to emails. Excellent product, tastes fantastic and had very "clean" ingredients. I use the beef and chicken broth in helping me win the war against my breast cancer by keeping me healthy, well nourished and supported while undergoing treatment. Would recommend happily”

“Superb customer service. I recently contacted Freja about a discount code that wasn't working when I tried to use it. They got back to me providing me with a 'goodwill' code as the original had elapsed. Cue one happy customer stocking up on the delicious chicken and beef bundle which I absolutely live and which have been crucial in aiding my weight loss. Thank you!”

“Decided to try this when my husband and I had Covid around September time and have become a regular customer since and intend to stay one. I have tried both the chicken and the beef broth, which I now have for breakfast every morning. I regularly use them in my cooking and they are amazing products. Cannot imagine my life without them now! Also had some issues with delivery on two occasions and my complaint was quickly and effortlessly resolved. Keep up the good work.”

“I placed few orders of chicken bone broth powder The taste is really really good. Literally, is ready in seconds. The powder is so fine that you don't even need a steering to dissolve it. Once i had a problem with my delivery address and they helped me to solve the issue in record time. Support of costumer service is 5 stars. Very pleased for buying from them.”

“The delivery was not delivered to my house even tho I was home. They delivered to a drop of point quite far from my house and I coudnt pick up the product due to illness. I chased them about 4 times and only then they replied and arranged a refund.”
